The positioning pins, positioning blocks, and inserts that are prone to wear are made of high-hardness steel; they are quenched, nitrided, chromium-plated and other wear-resistant treatments are used to reduce friction loss. The stress-bearing parts are thickened and strengthened to avoid long-term stress deformation.
Structural optimization to reduce impact and wear
The guide slope is added to prevent the workpiece from hard impact on the positioning structure; the wearing parts are designed as independent inserts and can be replaced separately after wear, eliminating the need to repair the entire fixture. Avoid stress concentration at sharp corners.
Control the fit gap
The clearance of moving parts is reasonable. If the clearance is too small, it will easily get stuck and strained. If the clearance is too large, it will increase shaking and wear.
2. Daily use control at the production site
Standardized operating methods
It is strictly prohibited to violently discharge materials, knock on the fixture, and forcibly push and pull workpieces; it is prohibited to force over-specification workpieces into the fixture to prevent collision and deformation of the positioning surface.
Regular cleaning and maintenance
Regularly clean iron filings, dust, and plastic debris in the positioning surface and gaps to prevent foreign matter from squeezing and scratching the reference surface.
Control clamping force
The clamping force is moderate. Long-term excessive load will cause deformation of the fixture body and thread slippage.
3. Regular inspection and maintenance
Establish a fixture inspection list: regularly check for looseness, wear, screw looseness, and spring fatigue of positioning parts.
The movable guide pillars and pins are regularly filled with lubricating grease to reduce dry friction.
Repair in time if slight wear occurs, and do not continue production while sick to prevent damage from expanding.
